Brookside Art Fair Kansas City

Tuesday May 2, 2006
The 21st Annual Brookside Art Fair (dubbed the Art Annual by those in BKS) will be held May 5-7th and showcases over 185 local, national, and international artists. Located under the huge white tents at 63rd and Brookside--between State Line and Main, the Brookside Art Fair is the laid back and friendlier version of its big city counterpart..the Plaza Art Fair.  Expect parking to be ridiculous, so be sure and get there early. The shows hours are Friday,  5pm - 9pm, Saturday, 10am - 9pm  and Sunday, 11am - 5pm. They have live music and  kids art activities--and you can even head to Jalapeño's for some Cinco de Mayo fare on Friday..killing dos birds with one stone.
