Art in Columbus Park

On the third Friday each month, 9 blocks east of the River Market is Art in Columbus Park . This event includes 5 community galleries and numerous restaurants that participate in the monthly crawl, each showing works of emerging and up and coming artists both in and around the Kansas City metro from 6-10pm. Partnering with Wearhaus, the AICP's May Theme is "Art & Fashion" with 18 fashion designers showing off their collections at 3 of their galleries. Be sure and head to the 525 Gallery (525 Gillis) who will have an elevated runway and fashion show at both 7 and 9pm.
