Sol Cantina-the latest addition to the Martini Corner in Union Hill, brings a beach like feel to Kansas City...smack dab in the middle of 31st Street. Owners Aaron Confessori and Chris Ridler have expertly transformed an old garage next to the Velvet Dog into a breezy beach bar-esq paradise. With an open air bar, killer patio, and great food--you'll definitely want to sit back and drink a few margarita's... and you just might forget that we're landlocked.

I went there tonight and it was very cool
