Kansas City Scottish Highland Games

The Kansas City Scottish Highland Games will be held June 9th and 10th at its new home-- the E.H. Young Riverfront Park in Riverside, Missouri. The Highland Games has everything from Scottish Athletics (think Caber Toss and Hammer throw) and bagpipers, to Highland dancing and the famed 'Gathering of the Clans'. Celtic rockers The Elders will also perform on Friday night at 9pm. So get on 'yer kilt and head to the games--tickets are available at the gate. Check the KC Highland Games article for more info.
