Create a Conservation Valentine for the Animals at the KC Zoo

If you love animals, head to the Kansas City Zoo this Saturday, February 16th, and make a Conservation Valentine for the beloved Animals of the KC Zoo. Each valentine will be entered into a drawing for a free Zoo family membership and membership into the new Kids Conservation Club. There will be a drawing for the winner at noon Saturday, Feb. 16.
Create your Valentine at the Zoo’s Discovery Barn from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. You'll also be able to see animal demonstrations, fun storytelling, and children will be able to get upclose and personal with zoo animals.
You may also participate by sending Valentine's via snailmail or e-mail. The zoo requests that you include your name, age, address (including zip Code), phone number and e-mail address to be eligible.

Ive always loved it at the KC zoo but latley the zoo has been going in very bad shape. If it was possible I would go there and bring it up to a 5-star zoo! I know much about zoo care altho im 13 yrs old. Ive seen horrible animal conditions such as sun-burned hippos, african wild dogs with broken bones and no care is anywere, and a rhino that was hot and thirsty in the dried mud cage!!! So Kc zoo, i can help!
