I've only seen a few billboards around town and haven't seen much internet chatter, but I think the Kansas City Urban Tour is one of the best events of Spring. When do you get a free peek into those swanky castles in the sky?

The Kansas City Home Builders Association and the Downtown Council, partners in the revitalization efforts of downtown Kansas City, are hosting the Urban Tour Weekend to coincide with the Spring Parade of Homes Tour. It all kicks off on Saturday, May 3rd from 10am-5pm and continues on Sunday. Head to to 14th and Grand to take the free shuttle to over 30 downtown lofts, condos, apartments and urban living spaces. You can take a peek at places like WallStreet Tower, Freight House Lofts, and 909 Walnut.
