Mary Anne's Kansas City, MO BlogDavid Cook Day, Parade and Concert in KC?
With Jason choaking and forgetting the words last night on American Idol, it looks as though KC native David Cook has a pretty good chance of making it into the final three contestants, if not the final two. David sang 'Hungry Like a Wolf' ala Duran Duran and 'Baba O'Riley' last night with decent praise from Randy,
Paula Crazy and Simon.
Friday, May 9th is 'David Cook Day' in Blue Springs with a parade, official visits, and a free concert (tickets are already sold out, duh). According to myfoxkc.com Parade & Concert Schedule:
Cook is also reported to have a noon concert, but the locale has not been disclosed as of today. Is it weird that all this hoopla is happening and he hasn't been voted off yet? Are the other Idol's doing the same in their hometown's? See our David Cook American Idol Profile Wednesday May 7, 2008 | comments (0) Display Latest Headlines | powered by WordPress |
