Did David Cook Really Win American Idol?

Is it me or does it look like both David's won 'American Idol?'. The last three TV appearances I've seen have had David Archuleta tagging along like he won? I'm not a big follower of AI, but I don't remember Katherine McPhee following Taylor Hicks around on his press junkets. Or Bo following Carrie.

David Cook getting the shaft? Not at all!! In fact, it is more than likely a comforting fellowship to have Archy along since they are after all, like brothers. A huge majority believe that they equally deserved the crown, Cook for his innovative performances, Archy for his solid smooth delivery and his final night of perfection. And besides, AI has a big investment in both, so I am sure it suits THEM perfectly to display both of their products (for future revenues) – anyway, pretty much none of us want Archy to disappear and since he has such grace about being 2, he is a bonus not a detriment. Nobody has forgotten who won that night and you can’t take that away from Cook no matter WHO ‘tags along’ … keep ‘em coming … we want to see them both succeed and at the top of their game!!
