Two Great Martini Corner Events This Thursday
The first is B*itch Please-- a dog friendly event held at the Velvet Dog from 6pm to 8pm. $20 bucks gets you three drink tickets, appetizers for you (and your mutt), prizes and many giveaways. This event benefits No More Homeless Pets KC on behalf of Blaine Proctor in remembrance of his dog, Roy who he lost this spring.
The second is Edible Cocktails: The Release Party at the Drop (409 E. 31st) . Be one of the first to try the Drop's coolest culinary sensation, the edible cocktail! The fun starts at 7pm and for $20 you get a tasting of their upcoming flavors (think mojito, bailey's and coffee, port-hazelnut, Gran Mariner & Godiva truffle) and a selection of soild food as well.

Its hard to feel sorry for some guy who just lost his dog. Why didn’t he use a leash or just be more careful.
Cmon, do you know this guy or something? How do you know the dog was “lost” what if the dog passed away
. It dosen’t matter anyway what matters is the event is for a good cause. Not to mention a good drink
