Irish eyes are always a smiling in Kansas City--and the KC Irish Festival is back at Crown Center in 2008. With 3 huge stages, a jammed packed schedule of performers, traditional Celtic dancing and a host of other Irish influenced events, there's no need to be Irish to enjoy the KC Irish Fest.
