Lexmark International Buys Shawnee Based Perceptive Software

Reuters reports that printer manufacturer Lexmark International will purchase Shawnee based Perceptive Software  for a total $280 million. The trasaction should be finalized in the second quarter of 2010.  Perceptive fits well into the Lexmark business model as a leader in the document and content management software.
