I had the awesome opportunity to hit the opening of Seven, downtown Kansas City's latest place to see and be seen. The brainchild of Bill George and KC restaurant honcho Victor Fontana, Seven serves up lunch, dinner and late night treats with a wonderful Northern Italian cuisine in an amazing space that seems like you're right in the middle of Vegas. At 9pm, the tables clear and Seven turns itself into a ultra-hip dance spot. Not only do they serve cotton-candy for dessert, but they've got an amazing upstairs loft space that is perfect for romantic sunsets or an amazing view of downtown.
