Since we're on the subject of cocktails... Mosaic opens on Friday and adds one of the most sophisticated spots to the Kansas City going-out scene that we've seen in quite some time. We got a sneak peek of the ultra hip lounge last week, which is located on the second-floor of the KC Power and Light District. The best part? Mosaic's chic patio with firepit and great views of the KC skyline. We're getting ready to chalk this up as a summer to remember.
