Maker's Mark Lounge at the Power and Light...

Another night, another sneak peek into the P&L. This time, Maker's Mark Lounge which opens May 2nd. Besides a night of excellently poured Old Fashioned's, the menu included a sampling of wasabi crab cakes, whiskey glazed salmon, pork chops, and scallops (see below) which were presented just as elegantly as the surroundings.
Our service was top of the line, the bar beautiful, and the restaurant had a great view of the KC Live courtyard. Maker's Mark will have full dinner service until around 9pm, then turns into a indoor/outdoor lounge with small plates.

I totally agree! The room is beautiful, probably one of the best looking spaces is in the P&L … Maker’s hit this one out of the park! I love the great Vegas Vibe of the space… and the location is awsome!

This little engine that could, seems to have their finger on the pulse of many of KC’s newest hot spots. Again, hats off to Makers Mark. KC’s going to eat you up!
