KC Ethnic Enrichment Festival :
With Kansas City's diverse cultural backgrounds--it's not a surprise that the Ethnic Enrichment Festival is back and bigger than ever in 2007. In it's 27th year, the festival brings an amazing array of international cuisines, traditional costumes, song, dance and crafts to the middle of America. It's so great it's like traveling the globe in one day--and you don't even have to buy a plane ticket to travel the world this weekend in KC.
A Little Song, A Little Dance......:
To date, over 60 cultures are represented--making the Ethnic Enrichment Festival one of the largest and most diverse ethnic festivals in the US. You can enjoy everything from Scottish bagpipers and Jamaican steel drum bands to Japanese martial arts and African dancing. With over 40 yummie food booths-the fest brings a 'Taste from Around the World' with amazing cuisines from Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and everything in-between.
