Jiggle Jam 2009:

Jiggle Jam made it's debut at Kansas City's Crown Center on Memorial Day weekend in 2008. The family themed musical festival promises fun for the all with over a dozen local and national entertainers. Jiggle Jam will also has crafts from Wonderscope and Kaleidoscope, activity areas, puppet classes and much, much more.

When: Memorial Day Weekend, May 23rd and 24th
Where: Crown Center Square, 25th and Grand, downtown KC.

From the Jiggle Jam website: 'Featured entertainers will include They Might Be Giants, Justin Roberts, Trout Fishing in America, Tom Chapin, John McCutcheon, and Kansas City’s own hometown favorites, like Jim "Mr. Stinky Feet" Cosgrove & The Hiccups, Bongo Barry, Dino O'Dell & the Veloci-Rappers, and Funky Mama.'

Ticket Info:

Children(2-18): $10 per day, $8 in advance
Adults: $5 per day
Children under 2 are free

Tickets may be purchased online or at the gate.

FYI:

Although many of the activities and parking are free, don't forget to have some cash on hand for bouncies, facepainting, and the can train. ATM's are hard to find at Crown Center, and many times are out of cash.
