Terror at the Train Station 6:

This year, the Bacchus Foundation brings back their infamous Terror Party, T6, to the newly revamped Midland Theater. The party, which happens to be the largest Halloween Party in Kansas City brings over 2,000 costumed folks...and the best part, it's for charity.

They've got great appetizers, drinks galore, and a costume contest. T6 is THE place to party Halloween style in KC.

    Buzz Halloweenie Roast :

    Our pals at the 96.5 The Buzz host Halloweenie Roast '08 at the KC Live! spot at the KCP&L District. , October 31st. Musical guests include TV on the Radio, Shiny Toy Guns, and The Beautiful Bodies. This free show starts at 6pm, 21 and over.

    Nightmare at Crosstown Station:

    Crosstown Station brings back its Nightmare 2008 at 1522 McGee. The party, which includes live music (KC cover band KARMA), DJ Shug spinning tunes, costume contest and drinks promises to be a night of meyhem.

    Tickets are $30/single or 4 for $25 per person and may be purchased at http://www.crosstownstation.com/cms/. It is strongly recommened to buy in advance.

    Martini Corner :

    The Martini Corner pulls out all the stops this Halloween by hosting it's Halloween on the Hill party with all five bars participating with drink specials. The bash starts at 8pm.

    Freaker's Ball at Community America :

    98.9 The Rock brings back its famed Freaker's Ball 2008--now in its 16th year on October 19th at the Midland. With bands Queensryche, Tesla, MiniKiss and a $1,000 costume contest-- tickets are $30/ through Ticketmaster.

    Halloween Haunts at Worlds of Fun :

    World's of Fun, the midwest's largest theme park, brings back Halloween Haunts 2008. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, ghouls and ghosts swarm the park while guests enjoy over 175 acres of Halloween themed thrill rides and attractions. With Asylum Island, extreme haunts and the fog rolling in at 7pm-- Halloween Haunts has something scary for everyone.

    Not recommended for children under 14 after 7pm.

    Party Monster at Harrah's Voodoo Lounge :

    Party Monster is back for its third year at the Voodoo Lounge on October 31st. With drinks flowing till 3am and DJ Morse Code and DJ the DJ mixing--you can't go wrong by heading to Party Monster. $1,000 costume contest.

    Count Dracula at the KC Ren Fest :

    Don't miss dinner with Dracula himself with the KC Ren Fest's Phantom's Feaste. This adults only dinner includes the Bordello of Blood and is hosted October 17th-31st (except Sunday and Monday) . Limited seating, call 1-800-373-0357 for complete details.

    Haunted Atchison Ghost Tours:

    Atchison, Kansas has long been known as the most haunted town in all of Kansas with stories of unexplained phenomonon and ghosts galore. This years festivites include the famed Creepy Crawly Trolley Tour that pass by historic homes where paranormal has occurred, psychich readings, 'History & Mystery' walking tours. Events are offered throughout September and October. Reservations required.
