NCAA Big 12 Tournament :
The Phillips 66 Big 12 Tournament returns to Kansas City March 13-16 2008--an exciting reunion for many Kansas City Big 12 fans. 2008 marks the return of the basketball tournament, which spent 2007 in Oklahoma City and 2003, 2004 and 2006 in Dallas.
